FxGrow places the security of its clients and the protection of its brand identity at the highest priority. We are therefore issuing an important notice regarding an unauthorized website using the Growell name.
The website growell.capital is NOT affiliated with FxGrow or Growell Capital Ltd.
Investors and clients should exercise caution and verify that they are communicating exclusively through FxGrow's official website and authorized channels.

Growell Capital Ltd., operating under the FxGrow brand, is authorized and regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under CIF Licence No. 214/13.
According to CySEC's official register, the approved website associated with Growell Capital Ltd. is:

Clients can independently verify Growell Capital Ltd.'s regulatory status through the official CySEC registration.
Any website using the Growell or FxGrow name should not be assumed to be connected with Growell Capital Ltd. simply because it uses similar branding, company names, logos, or financial terminology.
Official CNMV Warning Regarding growell.capital
On 25 May 2026, Spain's financial markets regulator, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV), issued an official public warning regarding:

The regulator identified the website and the names “GROWELL CAPITAL” and “GROWELL CAPITAL, INC” as a clone.
Importantly, the CNMV explicitly stated that the warned entity is not related to Growell Capital Limited, which is duly registered in Spain as a European Economic Area investment firm operating under the Freedom to Provide Services regime under registration number 3755.

Protect Yourself from Clone Websites
Clone websites may attempt to imitate legitimate financial institutions by using similar company names, branding, regulatory information, or other identifying details.
